Building Maintenance

Currently we are contracted to do regular, sometimes weekly, maintenance on a number of large buildings.

• Lands Building (Macquarie St) - Weekly lighting maintenance.
  
• SMF House (Liverpool St) - Weekly lighting maintenance.
  
• Claremont Village Shopping Centre - Lighting and power repairs on an as needs basis. We also install the Christmas lights around the centre annualy.
  
• Southern Cross TV (Argyle St) - Lighting and power repairs.
  
• Win Tv (Main Rd, New Town) - Lighting and power repairs.
  
• Harvey Norman - Lighting and power repairs. Store upgrades as required. Responsible for complete store fitouts to 6 stores statewide.
  
• Tasmanian Weather Bureau - Lighting and power repairs.
  
• Eastlands Shopping Centre - Regular maintenance including lighting, shop fitouts and power repairs.
  
• AMP Building - Lighting and power repairs.
  
• Risdon Prison - Weekly maintenance .
  
• Remand Centre (Liverpool Street) - Lighting and power repairs.
  
• Fairbrothers Facility Maintenance Division engage us to service businesses such as Transend substations and Telstra Payphones.
